We seek to empower all children to achieve academic milestones essential for success
I AM Academy fosters an academic culture that exemplifies direction, drive, and discipline. The goal is to develop college-bound students with a heart of a servant who flourish throughout the world. We are dedicated to the belief that every person has the innate ability to learn and deserves the opportunity to develop the power of their brain, the power of their heart, the power of their hands, and the power of their will. Children learn best when the school recognizes:
- The parent is the first teacher
- The student possesses a unique learning style
- The Teacher facilitates learning
- Learning occurs best when it is not fragmented
- Learning increases with hands-on and sensory-based projects
With a strong educational base, all low-income neighborhoods have the ability to solve their own problems and create their own solutions. I AM Academy will be the cornerstone of a community redevelopment process that will be replicable and will reach through generations. We will do this by creating an academic culture that exemplifies character, inspiration, and discipline to develop college-bound and career-ready students with servants’ hearts.
